We love LOVE! A wonderful letter from a Mother of the Bride!

This letter made my weekend! We received this wonderful note from Mother of the Bride, Christy Wissing about her daughter Leah's wedding we helped plan on May 6th. We truly appreciate that she took the time to write and share her thoughts with us.

It has been a few days since Leah and Bret's wedding and I am starting to get back to normal.  I have many thank you's to write to the amazing people who helped put Leah and Bret's wedding dreams into reality.  Heather, you deserve so much more than a thank you.  You have a special gift that brings out the best in people.  I can't tell you how many times I heard "You are working with the best" from people describing you.  In the beginning I thought I could put this wedding together and didn't need a wedding planner.  How wrong I was!  You not only had an amazing knack of putting Leah and Bret with the right vendors but I know they gave so much more of their time and talents because of you and your wonderful reputation.  I have much more to say and will be sending you a written letter, but I wanted you to know how happy and thankful we are to you.
John and Christy Wissing

We are honored to work with our clients and consider it a privilege that they entrust their wedding day with us. Receiving notes like this not only let us know that our clients appreciate us but they understand and value the service we are providing for them.

Lisa & Andy :: Flagstaff House Boulder Wedding

Lisa and Andy
March 12, 2011
Flagstaff House Restaurant :: Boulder Colorado

We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Lisa and Andy on their March wedding. Thanks to a referral from Sturtz and Copeland, Lisa found her way to Calluna Events and we helped her navigate the final months of planning her Boulder wedding. Lisa and Andy's story is incredible! High school and college sweethearts, the pair parted ways after college and continued moving through life separately. Years later they reunited and it was as if no time had passed. One of our favorite parts of the whole wedding was the photo montage they had displayed at the reception at the Flagstaff House Restaurant. It included pictures from their prom, homecoming and other formal events from high school and beyond.
